with minor children

Uncontested divorce. You have an agreement with your spouse
over the splitting of the assets and liabilities, bills, checking accounts
and vehicles. There are minor children. You will have to
fill out a parenting plan. You are a Florida resident for over 6
months. You know where your spouse resides. You want to petition
for dissolution of marriage. $325.00
- Divorce Package 3, Answer to Petition for
Dissolution of Marriage

You have been served. You need to file an answer within 20
days. You will need to file an Answer with the Court. You do not wish
to file a Counter-Petition for Dissolution. We will assist you to fill
in the Answer form, file it and serve it on your "ex to be". One hours
personal one-on-one assistance plus e-mail assistance. $150.00.
- Divorce Package 4 - File all the
required forms to Answer

In conjunction with Service package 3, you now need to fill in and
file all the court required forms within the time prescribed by the Court.
We will help you fill out these forms, notarize, and file and mail by
certified mailing and/or e-mail to your "ex to be". If you are able to
fill in most of these forms without one-on-one assistance plus e-mail
assistance $150.00, if you require one-on-one assistance for more than two
hours, $250.00 plus e-mail assistance.
- Divorce Package 5 - Answer and File Counter
Petition

All of the services described in Divorce Package 3 or 4. If
you wish to file a Counter-Petition we will assist you to fill in all the
required forms, notarize and serve your "ex to be". $500.00
We offer individually priced services - please call us and ask, we are
sure we have a package or service you can afford.
