Welcome to our website. We are very excited to announce the opening of our dedicated services for divorce assistance. It is our goal to provide you with dedicated one-on-one assistance to help you work through all the paperwork that is required for a divorce either in Duval County or in Saint Johns County. We will do this at a price you can afford. What is our divorce package price? There are 5 levels of service. You pick the package that you need and the price that you can afford. Once we agree to a package, you can be sure that your price is locked in and you will receive every item in your package. This is our promise to you. Worried about us going out of business like a recent company on the news? That won't happen because we are licensed, insured and bonded. We have been in business for twenty years and in Jacksonville for ten years. We have a current occupational license. We are accountable, honest and trustworthy. We are non-lawyers. In the State of Florida, we are not permitted to advertise as paralegals. All of our paralegals have a bachelor degree, a masters degree and a Paralegal/Legal Assistant Certificate from the University of Florida. Because we do not work directly under an attorney, our paralegals are not permitted to advertise that they are a "paralegal". We are considered "Non-Lawyers" but our duties and responsibilities are the same. The only difference is that we are not supervised by an attorney. We are here to assist you to fill out the required divorce forms, to file the divorce forms, and to serve process on your spouse. We cut down on the stress that you are going though by helping you along the way and guiding you to the information that you need. Because we are not lawyers, we cannot offer any legal advice, nor can we represent you at mediation or in court, and we are not permitted to sign any documents for you on your behalf. What we can do for you is provide you with the Court Approved Divorce packet, assist you filling in all the information, notarize all the forms, file it at court and then serve your soon to be "ex". We will then file the proof at court. At that point, we will direct you to the local court coordinator who will either direct you to mediation or trial. Here is our number one recommendation to you to help you get through this quickly and easily. Don't alienate your spouse. This is the time to try to get along so that the marriage that is not working can be ended peaceably and quietly and with each party getting their fair share. Our number two recommendation is to work out a settlement agreement before you file for divorce. Get it in writing and get it notarized. An uncontested divorce is cheaper, and quicker. This is not legal advice but common sense steps for every person contemplating a divorce. If you already agree on everything, then you won't have to pay for mediation or go to trial. Your case will sail through the court system.

Company ProfileOur senior paralegal is Kristen Adams. She is a graduate of the University of Florida paralegal/legal assistant program. Kristen earned all A's and B's and graduated with an "A" average. She has been assisting pro-se clients for five years. Kristen has a Bachelor Degree from Richard Stockton University in New Jersey and a Masters Degree from Frostburg University in Maryland. Kristen attended Florida Coastal School of Law for 6 semesters but was unable to finish due to the illness and subsequent death of her husband. Thereafter, she fought a hard battle for 5 years for justice with a Malpractice lawsuit on behalf of her husband. The case went all the way to the Supreme Court. Kristen did not prevail against the famous law firm that did every dirty trick in the book to sabotage her case. She emerged as a stronger human being with a realization that the legal system is flawed and biased towards powerful, influential legal firms, their attorneys and judges that were formerly attorneys. 11th Hour Corporation belongs to the National Notary Association, the National Association of Professional Process Servers and the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators. We have many satisfied clients. Almost every client tells us we are fantastic, wonderful, saved them a ton of money and they thank us for helping them get through the process with very little pain.
